Öhm.. so leid es mir ja tut.. aber Krankenhausärzte sind unterbezahlt.
Dafür, daß sie meist 36h-Schichten arbeiten dürfen ohne eine Chance auf ein bißchen Schlaf..
Imo müssten mehr Ärzte eingestellt werden damit dieser Zustand endlich ein Ende hat. Ein Arzt ohne Schlaf macht eher Fehler.
Bezahlt werden sie nach BAT. Was glaubst Du denn wieviel das ist?
Für das was sie leisten sind sie hoffnungslos unterbezahlt!
Selbstständige Ärzte haben auch nicht viel mehr Kohle.. aber immerhin geregelten Nachtschlaf.
