Dolphin Reef Eilat, on the shores of the Red Sea, is a unique attraction. At the Reef, visitors are given the special opportunity to meet and observe dolphins in their natural habitat.
A group of Bottlenose dolphins, including babies born at the site, have made Dolphin Reef Eilat their home. They maintain their normal routine of hunting, playing, courting, and socializing.
Contact with humans, including during interaction sessions, which the dolphins can choose to participate in or not, is based on free will and choice of the dolphins. Their choice to approach guided groups of snorkelers or divers is not based on any reinforcement by feeding during these encounters. It is worth mentioning that the dolphins continually develop an even stronger connection with humans based only on curiosity, play, and spontaneous interaction.
The desire to deepen the bond between humans and the environment is put into practice at Dolphin Reef Eilat in a different way than in other places in the world, starting with the physical conditions at the site and continuing with our warm approach towards the dolphins and our unique methods of working with them.
