Daß viel falsch gelaufen ist stelle ich ja gar nicht in Abrede.
Ich denke nur, daß es niemand mit voller Absicht macht nur um den anderen zu quälen. Es ist einfach Unwissen, Fahrlässigkeit oder übertriebene Sparsamkeit.

Ein Arzt, der mit sadistischen Motiven Patienten quält, dürfte imo sehr schnell die Kündigung erhalten und auf dem "freien Markt" würden ihm die Patienten davonlaufen.
